RENTALS PERIODS & POLICIES RENTAL RATE PERIODS

 

MINIMUM:  The least amount of money an idem may be rented for.

WEEKDAY DAY:  Allows up to 24 hours to return the equipment.

WEEK:  7 days from the time equipment was picked up.

MONTH:  28 days from the time equipment was picked up.

LONG TERM EXTENDED RATES:  Special rates for long term available upon request.

 

WE SELL TIME:  We charge for all the time that equipment is checked out, including Sundays and holidays.  Your prompt return of equipment can save you money.

 

CARE OF EQUIPMENT:  Rentals are made with the understanding that normal wear and tear is included in the rental rate.  Customer is responsible for any damage due to misuse or abuse.

 

DEPOSITS:  Deposits are paid in advance, acceptable forms of payment are CASH, LOCAL CHECK, MASTER CARD, VISE, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER CARD.  All equipment requires greater than the basic rental cost.

 

DAMAGE WAIVER:  A damage waiver charge of 12% will be offered on most rentals.  Damage Waiver is not insurance, however it covers repair or replacement costs of rented items in the event that the item is damaged due to circumstances beyond the lessee's control.  The Damage Waiver charge will be applied to all rentals unless a Certificate of Insurance naming CHR.  Rental as loss payee is in our possession prior to rental.  Coverage must be in sufficient amount to fully cover replacement cost of all items rented.  Damage waivers do not cover theft.

 

DELIVERY/PICKUP:  We offer delivery service for an additional charge.  Rates vary with type of equipment and the distance to delivery location.

 

IDENTIFICATION: A current Minnesota Drivers License is required for rentals.

SALES & USE TAX:  These taxes apply to all rentals.  If you are a tax exempt organization, you must provide us with an exemption certificate prior to rental.

All contracts subjected to shop supplies/operation/admin/handling fees.
